YAY! Idag er The Salvation blevet udtaget til Cannes Filfestival! Og ikke bare som “almindelig” film, men til den “meget prestigefyldt midnatsgallavisning i festivalens hovedprogram uden for konkurrence” (Se Zentropas pressemeddelese HER) 

Jeg er glad på Kristian Levrings vegne, og stolt af at spille Mads Mikkelsens søn Kresten i den. Ud over at det var en fantastisk oplevelse at være i Sydafrika og optage den, så var det fantastisk lærerigt og udfordrende at få lov at spille med, sammen med så mange dygtige skuespillere.

Og ikke mindst glæder mig til at se Mads Mikkelsen og Persbrandt som jeg jo begge har kendt i mange år, samt forhåbentlig også alle “The Bad Guys” som fx Michel Raymond-James.

Premieredatoen bliver også tidligere nu, og ikke som før oplyst til oktober, og jeg glæder mig helt vildt til at se det færdige resultat!

YAY! Today The Salvation has been selected for Cannes Filfestival!

And not just as a “normal” movies, but the for the “very prestigious midnight gala display in the festival’s main program out of competition” (See Zentropa’s press release HERE)
I’m happy on Kristian Levring’s behalf, and proud to play the part of Mads Mikkelsen’s son Kresten in it. Besides from the fact  that it was a fantastic experience to be in South Africa and shoot it,  it was very instructive and challenging  to work with  so many talented actors.

And I am especially looking forward to see Mads Mikkelsen and Persbrandt again soon, which I of course have both known for many years, and of cause also all “The Bad Guys” like Michel Raymond-James.

Premier date has also been chagened now, and will not, as before stated be October, but much earlier, and I’m really looking forward to seeing the finished result!
